FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and perinatology, and can be applied for diagnostics of meconium content in amniotic liquid. Intensity of reflected ultrasonic wave is registered. Image in area of amniotic liquid visualization is isolated. Intensity of pixels is averaged on isolated area of amniotic liquid image. Presence of meconium in amniotic liquid is registered by average on isolated area value of intensity by 8-bit grayscale. If intensity is lower than 50 transparent type of amniotic liquid is diagnosed. If intensity is from 50 to 80, green type of amniotic liquid is diagnosed. If intensity is higher than 80, dark-green type of amniotic liquid is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify determination of meconium content in amniotic liquid, carry it out at different terms of pregnancy due to application of ultrasonic examination.
