With underlying integrated drug-induced therapy, a laser therapy is prescribed considering the ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound and fetal monitoring data. A contact-stable technique is used. Wave length is 0.89 mcm, pulse mode, pulse repetition rate is 80 Hz. If observing arrested prenatal development by 1 week, disturbed degree 1a uterine-placental perfusion, foetal condition factor 1.1-1.5, percutaneous daily exposure on a medium cubital vein is applied. Radiation power is 55 Wt, length is 4 minutes, the therapeutic course is 5 procedures. If observing arrested prenatal development by 2 week, disturbed degree 1b uterine-placental perfusion, foetal condition factor 1.51-2, percutaneous exposure on the medium cubital vein is applied. Radiation power is 60 Wt, length is 5 minutes, the therapeutic course is 7 procedures. If observing arrested prenatal development by 3 week, disturbed degree 2 uterine-placental perfusion, foetal condition factor more than 2, percutaneous exposure on an anterior abdominal wall in a projection of placenta is applied. Radiation power is 65 Wt, length is 6 minutes, the therapeutic course is 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method enables normalising the uterine-placental perfusion, improves the foetal birth prognosis ensured by improved rheological blood properties.
