FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: concentration of neurospecific enolase (NSE), molecules of intercellular adhesion of vessels (ICAM) and vasculo-endothelial growth factor of vessels (VEGF) in blood serum of pregnant women is determined. Values of classification function G are calculated by formula G=0.019*VEGF+0.019*ICAM+0.113*NSE-18.46, where VEGF, ICAM and NSE are marker concentrations. If value G<-1.111, conclusion about presence of mild preeclampsia is made, if value G>0.636 - about severe preeclampsia, if G values are from -1.111 to 0.636 - about preeclampsia of medium degree of severity.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to solve the problem of preeclampsia therapy duration and labour terms.
