FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: photomap graphs are created by repeated shooting of blasted rock at the face. Grain size composition is defined to select its criterion. Then, photomap graphs are constructed by the division of the entire band into 3-5 groups. Time analysis of the mine-and-output jobs is performed. The ratio between the mine-ant-output job criterion and the crushed rock grain size criterion is recorded. This is performed at visual comparison of actual grain size at the face and reference photomap graphs whereat said criterion was predefined. Mathematical dependence of the defined parameter of the mine-ant-output job on the rock grain-size composition. Note here that possible errors of visual determination are compensated for by increased number of tests. The validity of results is conformed by calculations made with application of mathematical statistics.
