FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, namely to contactless synchronous generators of an inductor type, which operate mainly for a rectifier load and used for example in generator plants of automotive engineering. A generator containing the front, the rear cover plates, a stator with a working winding, and excitation source, a rotor with a shaft is additionally provided with non-magnetic inserts, a magnetically conductive disk, a magnetically conductive ring and an excitation source, with that, the non-magnetic insert, the disk with a hole and the magnetically conductive ring are installed between cover plates of the stator, and the excitation source is installed on the edge of the ring hole in the zone of the rotor face.
EFFECT: creation on the basis of an asynchronous machine by addition of an excitation source and parts of a magnetic conductor of a synchronous inductor generator generating EMF from low rotation speeds of the shaft to the nominal one.
