FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to electric machines and namely to non-contact synchronous generators of inductor type operating mainly with rectified load used in generator units of motor and tractor equipment. Technical result lying in minimum intervention into brake assembly is ensured due to the motor and tractor non-contact electric generator containing a rotor and a stator with an excitation system and operating winding which forms a part of the braking assembly according to the invention. The rotor of the non-contact electric generator is made as a perforated brake disc; sections of the brake disc can come into magnet contact through the air gap with the stator magnet cores of the non-contact electric generator where working and excitation coils are mounted.

EFFECT: usage of this generator allows application of so called generator braking when energy of the vehicle braking is converted into voltage of the operating coil, at that energy can be accumulated at additional capacitor and can be used for different purposes, for example, for the motor start-up.
