FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for soldering of complex-shape parts by reproducible process. Uniform soldering of parts is ensured by placing the solder material thermal image and adjusting the thermal cycle with due allowance for variation of the solder material emissive ability factor. Soldering unit comprises power generator (40) to supply the preset voltage (U1) to transformer (60) connected to conducting circuit that makes the inductor (11). Inductor shape is defined by that of parts (3, 4) being soldered. Pressure sources bring about a constant pressure to said parts (3, 4). IR pyrometer (12) with laser guidance measures the solder temperature by radiation (R) after parameterisation of emissive ability factor. Controller (50) outputs the instruction on power to generator (40) subject to measured temperature.
EFFECT: coordinated heat cycle in welding.
