FIELD: soldering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for induction soldering of axisymmetric metal parts of complex shape and different thickness, different in size and weight. Device comprises interconnected electric power generator 5, transformer 6 connected to inductor 4, made in form of current conductor, bent in shape of connection point of parts. Support 9 is designed to accommodate soldered parts. Centring device 10 is installed on the support and provides the specified position of the connected parts relative to the working circuit of the inductor. Capacitor 7 connected in series to the primary winding of transformer 6 together with inductor 4 forms an oscillatory LC-circuit. Feedback module is made in the form of self-oscillator 8 connected to transformer 6 and electric power generator 5. Inductor 4 is replaceable, and electric power generator 5, transformer 6, capacitor 7 and self-oscillator 8 are mounted in common housing, to which inductor 4 is attached.
EFFECT: invention enables to use solders with a wide range of melting temperatures of 100-780 °C, reducing the soldering time and improving the device operation convenience due to the inductor power adjustment automation.
