FIELD: induction soldering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of induction soldering of metal parts, including thin-walled ones. Protection of connected parts and solder from oxidation is carried out using flux, solution of which is preliminarily applied on solder and on all surfaces of connected parts, covering them with flux completely. Parts to be connected with solder are placed on the support and heated according to the specified program by means of an inductor until the solder melts. Heating program includes holding the parts to be joined at the temperature of their best wetting with the flux, but below the melting point of the solder, with subsequent heating of the parts to the soldering temperature. After soldering, soldered parts are cooled and flux residues are removed. To reduce heat transfer to the support, the connected parts are placed on the auxiliary thin-walled part.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a tight connection without using a vacuum chamber, preventing oxidation of surfaces of parts.
