FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed parachute comprises upper and lower shells (1) and (2) interconnected over the rear edge (3) with canted ends (4). Air intakes (9) are composed of ribs (5-7) connecting the shells between leading and trailing edges (8) and (3). The angle of air intake inclination equals 36-49 degrees. Upper shell (1) and lateral ribs (7) are made of the fabric with air permeability of 0-5 dm3/m2s while lower shell (2) and inner ribs (6, 7) are made of the fabric with air permeability of 3-15 dm3/m2s.
EFFECT: higher stability, controllability and capacity.
