FIELD: aviation industry.
SUBSTANCE: parachute for controlled parachute systems, including automated parachute cargo delivery systems. In a gliding parachute containing a wing-type canopy made in the form of an upper and a lower shells connected to each other along the trailing edge, ribs connecting the shells between the leading and the trailing edges to form air intakes, and lines connected to the canopy. In this case, the canopy is made with an area of 45 m2 to 70 m2, the lines are arranged in several cascades, and the wing profile is made with a rounded leading edge with a span of 12-15 m and an elongation of 2.5-3 units. The lengths of the power ribs are made with a decrease from the centre to the edges of the profile with a ratio of the side power rib to the central one of 1:1.5, the power ribs are reinforced with tapes in the directions of continuation of the dome lines and have an inclination angle of 30° up to 40° relative to the horizon. The lines are attached to the canopy loops with knots at 3-5 points, forming 3-5 rows of lines. In this case, 2-4 lines attached to the canopy loops are connected into one line, which is designed to be mounted to the suspension system of the parachute system; the lines are passed through the eyelets of the corrugation device, designed to reduce the dynamic loads that arise when opening the gliding parachute. The central line is attached to the corrugation device at one end, and the other end is drawn through the centre of the canopy with the possibility of attachment to a braking parachute.
EFFECT: improved aerodynamic qualities of the parachute by improving filling of the side sections of the parachute, reduced effect of folding the leading edge corners during turns and increase of the maximum flight weight to 500 kg.
