FIELD: motor car construction.
SUBSTANCE: claimed actuator comprises the drive unit fitted in pivoting column to make it move. Said pivoting column at opening of said entry and exit appliances turns about its lengthwise axis. The drive unit comprises drive motor, self-braking step-down gearing and controlled locking means. The drive unit is provided with transducer of external force acting on the drive device, transducer signal analyser and locking means activator in case the limiting tolerable magnitude of external force is exceeded. The drive device comprises the anti-slip stopper which engages the drive device with the vehicle. Said stopper doubles as a counter-thrust for drive device operating torque and is provided with the transducer.
EFFECT: better protection of entry and exit appliances.
