FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: fly larvae are grown in the sterile environment and placed onto a wound surface in a pyoinflammatory disease of any aetiology. That is combined with exposing the wound surface to low-energy laser light at a wave length of 0.9 mcm, a laser pulse average power of not less than 4 W, a laser frequency of 80 Hz, and an exposure length of 5 minutes. Besides, vitamins B6 in a dose of 100 mg a day and B12 in a dose of 300 mcg every second day are administered intramuscularly for 2 weeks.
EFFECT: effective management of the wound process in individuals with the depressed immune system function and disturbed trophism and innervation in the involved organ.
