FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery, and can be used for treating epithelial coccygeal passage. Method involves excision of the primary fistulous opening and inspection of the fistulous passage. Under the control of ultrasound under the formed cavity in the transverse direction, eight-shaped ligatures are made at distance of 1 cm from the cavity. Cavity of the fistulous passage is coagulated with a laser in a continuous mode at wave length 1,470 nm, power 9 W, at rate of 1 mm/s. Sutures are tightened up to the fistula walls connection.
EFFECT: method provides improved results and reduced length of treatment, prevention of recurrences of the disease and postoperative complications, as well as improved cosmetic results due to the use of a laser.
