SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleansing composition, characterised by the fact that said composition represents alkali composition, which has pH higher than 9, and contains: (i) hydrolysable dispersing polymer, percent part of which constitutes from 0.15 to 0.3% in active ingredient, and (II) one or more biodegradable aminocarboxylate chelating agents, percent part of which constitutes from 2 to 30% in active ingredient, where said hydrolysable dispersing polymer is selected from group, consisting of carboxylated fructan components. Claimed invention also relates to application of cleansing composition and to method of surface cleaning.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention consists in creation of cleansing composition, which is environmentally friendly and possesses improved ability to remove soiling.
