FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used for open-pit development of minerals deposits composed by the edge or oblique seams. Claimed process comprises the erection of a strong bed for working equipment to near-slope zone most subjected to compaction and shift, most frequently of 3-5 m. This is performed with the help of a mobile discharge boom of limited length, for example, 15-20 m and add-on stacking conveyor used for filling of the dump rock area, in sectors of radius equal to the length of said discharge boom, in layer-by-layer passes. After filling of the next layer, said stacking conveyor is built up or a standard-length conveyor is used with tier pitch and height complying with the filling parameters of pre-filled layer at its compaction and shift smaller than its limiting magnitude. Note here that in the case of standard conveyors, the site for its displacement along with the discharge boom is prepared and filled over the radius of filling while stacking is executed at sections after compaction of rocks or their freezing. During the other climatic season, weakened layers in the zone of zero isotherm are neutralized by creation of a buffer 10-15 m wide zone. Note here that at larger height and capacity of the dump, stacking is performed in two-three tiers to consolidated strong bed with attenuating compaction of rocks in underlying layer of the tier while rock filling is continued unless the dump reaches the required capacity and height.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of stacking equipment.
