FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: claimed filter comprises vertical housing with the central, in fact, cylindrical portion, top and bottom portions, in fact, of hemispherical shape, tangential inlet of fluid including oil and particles to be filtered put and arranged at the housing top portion, axial pipe for filtered fluid discharge concentric with the housing and fitted at its top portion, and multiple conical plates located around the axial pipe, one above the other. The bed of said plates is directed downward relative to the housing position, particles removed from the fluid being discharged via outlet arranged at the housing bottom portion. Note here that said axial pipe is continuous, its bottom end being provided with perforated plug secured under the bed of the lowest of said multiple plates nut above said outlet for discharge of removed particles. Note here that conical plates are secured at the axial pipe and fixed relative to each other and feature different-diameter beds. Note that the diameter of said beds increases in direction from tangential inlet to outlet for discharge of removed particles. The booster pump station comprises the buffer tank, fluid leaks accumulation and discharge assy, the vessel for removed particles, the pump unit, multiple plugs for emergent gas discharge and centrifugal separation filter. Operation of this station comprises the steps that follow. Fluid containing the oil and particles to be filtered out are received in the buffer tank while fluid is fed into the filter via communicating pipes. Particles are separated from oil by means of the rotary separation filter. Filtered particles removed from oil are accumulated in the adequate tank. Pressure in the pump unit is boosted for further transfer of fluid containing oil to oil transfer network or to that of main oil lines.
EFFECT: stable fluid flow, separation of different-size particles.
