CENTRIFUGAL GAS-LIQUID SEPARATION FILTER Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01D45/12 

FIELD: gas and oil producing industries, power engineering and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: proposed centrifugal gas-liquid separation filter had vertical housing with upper and lower chambers, conical cover and bottom with hard fractions separator, tangential input of mixture, axial pipe, screen conical plates and branch pipes to let out cleaned gas liquid. Axial pipe is made in form of set of perforated branch pipes whose lower part is telescopically nested in upper part of other branch pipe with possibility of limited extending. Lower perforated branch pipe telescopically gets into cleaned liquid outlet branch pipe which is brought out of lower chamber from side and is furnished with gastight valve unit, being made for recirculation of liquid in extended state of housing. Lower chamber is coaxially and hermetically fitted into upper chamber for limited axial extension and fixing in operating and extended states. Tangential input is fitted in upper chamber of housing. Upper perforated branch pipe is rigidly and hermetically connected from top with conical cover and cleaned gas outlet branch pipe which is provided with liquid-tight valve unit and is made for recirculation of gas at extended state of housing. Upper end of each perforated branch pipe, except for upper one, is furnished with screen plates. Holes in perforated branch pipes are covered by filters from outside. Upper end of filters is hermetically connected to perforated branch pipe higher than holes, and lower end is connected to upper edge of other perforated branch pipe into which perforated branch pipe with filter is fitted. Filters are made for increasing their capacity at extending of perforated branch pipes. Summary length of extension of perforated branch pipes does not exceed length of extension of upper and lower chambers of housing.

EFFECT: increased overhaul period and improved quality of cleaning.
