FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the containers having one or two metal end face elements located at one or both ends of the container casing and connected by crimping or double weld to the container casing, and in particular, to containers that are used for autoclave treatment (sterilisation), and which casing is made substantially out of thermal plastic material. The sterilised container has metal end face element (30) applied on container casing (22), made substantially out of thermal plastic material, and brazed with it by means of connection by crimpling weld or double weld. Said metal end face element has external bend section (36), connected with clamping wall (38) passing downwards from said bend section. One or both of internal surfaces of side wall (24) of the container and external surface of the pressing wall has/have thermal melting material (44) located on it/them. Said metal end face element is connected by crimping weld or double weld with container casing, and thermal plastic material/materials are heated for softening or melting to ensure brazing of the interfacing between the clamping wall and side wall. Said interfacing is oriented in such direction relatively to the internal pressure, applied to the metal end face element, this stress in the said interfacing, created by internal pressure, is substantially shear stress.

EFFECT: improved design, that easy withstands autoclave treatment without welds worsening, as plastic deformed metal of can body in the weld zone aspires to keep its deformed shape in spite of high pressure and temperature during autoclave treatment.
