FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a method of making forged paper part to be implemented at deep drawing of blank with the help of puncheon and matrix, which is mainly made of paper. Method involves the stages of movement of the first and second clamps for the blank together downward so that knife cuts off sheet paper material interacting with the first clamp workpiece in condition of maintaining the specified gap between the first clamp for workpiece and the matrix in the peripheral outer section workpiece processing. Decrease in matrix in the state of applying constant pressure to radially inner area of the workpiece using the second clamp for workpiece is formed of the side wall of the lower element between the die and mold, thus reducing formation of folds due to combination of functions, operating in both areas of the workpiece.
EFFECT: method of making forged paper part to be implemented at deep drawing of blank with the help of puncheon and matrix, which is mainly made of paper.
