SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand-held devices for cleaning. The hand-held device for cleaning comprises a handle (12) with a shank (14) and a fastening device (24) which consists of two fastening elements (26), and a cleaning nozzle (18) which comprises two connecting elements (28) arranged and designed so that they are attached to the fastening elements (26) of the handle (12); at least one fastening element (26) and the corresponding connecting elements (28) comprise permanent magnets (40, 42) which are preferably to be embedded in the plastic. The cleaning nozzle can be a mop cover according to the invention, which comprises the textile element (52) on which the connecting elements (28) are fixed; at least one of the connecting elements (28) comprises a permanent magnet (42) protected from contact with the liquid. The flat mop cover is characterised by constant size and is attached directly to the handle of the form of a rod (12). The connecting elements (28) for the mop cover are arranged and designed in such a way as to form a releasable connection with the fastening elements (26) of the handle (12).
