SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for preparing beverages. The device comprises a body having one or more outer surfaces, an outlet pipe for discharging the beverage and a module connected operatively to the body adjacent to one of the said one or more outer surfaces. The module has an ability to move to multiple different positions of the operative connection along the said one or more outer surfaces of the body. And also the module serves for collection of liquid wastes from the body of the device, thus allowing to increase the safety of the device operation, emptying the device body from the waste liquid accumulated in the process of preparing, at the same time providing the possibility of placing the device in the conditions of small size due to the mentioned possibility of moving the module in different positions while maintaining the functional capabilities.
