FIELD: beverage preparation devices.

SUBSTANCE: beverage preparation device comprises a beverage preparation unit formed from a first preparation unit element and a second preparation unit element, defining a chamber and configured to move between a remote configuration in which a flavouring ingredient is fed into the chamber, and an approximate configuration, in which the flavouring ingredient is retained and mixed with water in the chamber during preparation of the beverage. Device comprises a water source, a water guide, support structure having a base stationary during beverage preparation. Preparation unit is made with possibility to rotate on the support structure around the axis of the preparation unit. Drive supported by the support structure has a drive output element rotating around the output axis. Outlet element is connected to the preparation unit for rotation of the preparation unit for centrifugation of the taste-and-flavour ingredient with water in the chamber. Output element of the drive is connected to the preparation unit by means of a transmission so that the output axis is displaced relative to the axis of the preparation unit. Outlet axis and the axis of the preparation unit are located at a minimum distance of not less than 4 cm. Beverage preparation system and versions of the beverage preparation method are disclosed.
