FIELD: beverage preparation devices.

SUBSTANCE: device for preparation of a beverage by mixing water with a taste-and-flavour ingredient comprises a beverage preparation unit formed from a first element of the preparation unit and the second element of the preparation unit, limiting the chamber and made with possibility of movement between two configurations. In the configuration, the taste-and-aroma ingredient is fed into the chamber at a distance from each other. In the near configuration, the flavouring ingredient is retained and mixed with water in the chamber during preparation of the beverage. Water source is intended for water supply to beverage preparation unit. Water guide is arranged between water source and chamber. Valve is designed to control water flow along water guide. Drive is designed to actuate the valve for controlling the flow of said water along the water guide. Support structure has fixed base during beverage preparation and supports at least valve. Water guide and valve are arranged to allow hydraulic connection of water source and beverage preparation unit and to control water flow from water source into chamber. Valve is installed directly or indirectly with possibility of rotation on the support structure and is rotated at rotation frequency by the drive to control the specified flow of the specified water along the water guide. Disclosed are a beverage preparation system and embodiments of the beverage preparation method.
