FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular, to devices intended for usage of atmospheric electricity. In order to increase efficiency of atmospheric electricity usage the device comprises a receiving unit made as vertical antenna element and triboelements connected to it, a package made as a rotary body, at that the lower triboelement is spheric and capacitor needle connected to the upper disc is fixed to it; at the package base there is a fixed and grounded needle connected by its peak to the lower disc of the capacitor; the network is connected to needles, and at the upper branch of the above network there is a gap arrester, which second electrode is connected to inductance coil, which is connected to the lower grounded needle while the second inductance coil is connected to rectifier, coupled to high-value capacitor connected to accumulator. The capacitor with the upper and lower discs is completed with a gap arrester and placed in a dielectric chamber, the upper and lower needle are coated with dielectric and the chamber is placed in the package.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of atmospheric electricity usage.
