SUBSTANCE: drill bit is used for electromagnetic measurement of formation resistivity. Said drill bit has cutting part with at least one extending end, transmitter connected with the latter and receiver also connected therewith. Note here that said receiver and transmitted are laid at least partially one on the other. Note also that said receiver and transmitter comprise separate wire turns wound on one ferrite core. In compliance with second version, said receiver can be located at preset distance from said transmitter. Note that said distance depends, at least partially, on electromagnetic wave frequency. Invention discloses also the method of formation resistivity measurement by above described instruments.
EFFECT: registration of data on bed properties before drill bit and measuring tools pass by preset depth.
