SUBSTANCE: invention relates to logging of wells during drilling. Signals from formation are recieved by means of electromagnetic antenna array for depth measurements, wherein values of signals from formation depend on properties of geologic bed. Signals from formation may also be obtained from sensor of specific resistance at bit (USUD (ABR)). Sensor USUD (ABR) comprises drilling bit, electrically connected to toroid or several electrodes, wherein electrodes are separated by at least one gap. Signals from formation are inverted for conversion of these values in revised stress measurement result of specific resistance for geological formation. Inverting may include determining at least one of relative distances between layers of geologic bed, orientation of formations or gradient of specific resistance of layers, wherein said layers are not locally passed by bit.
EFFECT: provision of measurements, not covered by bit.
