FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of invention refers to medicine. A method for detecting a heart tone signal strength to diagnose ischemic heart disease (IHD) is implemented by means of a system for low-frequency power detection. Acoustic data are recorded by means of an acoustic sensor placed on a patient's chest, and acoustic signals SA are generated. Diastolic and systolic periods are identified in a pre-set period of time of the saved acoustic data, and a period signal SP is formed. The signal SP is filtered; a low frequency band signal SLFB and a high frequency band signal SHFB are formed. A low frequency band power is evaluated and reduced to the other higher-frequency band. A low frequency power is calculated on the basis of the evaluated and reduced powers, and a low frequency signal SLFP is formed. A high frequency band characteristic is evaluated; a high frequency characteristic is calculated on the basis of the evaluated characteristics, and a high frequency signal SHFF is formed; the above characteristic is power. The low frequency and high frequency powers are combined, and a resultant combined power ratio is compared to IHD reference to form a combined IHD risk signal S'CAD.
EFFECT: using the inventions enables providing more accurate IHD diagnosing.
