SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Versions of methods contain stages: systolic and diastolic segments of cardiovascular tone are identified, one of identified systolic or diastolic segments is divided into multitude of subsegments, which contain first subsegment and second subsegment; noise subsegments are identified and noise subsegments are excluded; from first subsegment removed is first signal parameter, characterising first property of cardiovascular tone, from second subsegment removed is second signal parameter, characterising second property of cardiovascular tone; cardiovascular tone is classified with application of first signal parameter and second signal parameter by multiparameter method of classification. Versions of system contain: means of processing for identification of diastolic or systolic segments of cardiovascular tone; means of processing for division of segments into multitude of subsegments; means of processing for identification of noise subsegments; means of processing for exclusion of noise subsegments; means of processing for removal of first signal parameter from first subsegment, and means of processing for removal of second signal parameter from second subsegment; means of processing for classification of cardiovascular tone. Stethoscope contains: means of recording, means of accumulation, machine-readable carrier and processing unit. Machine-readable carrier contains stored on it instructions for realisation by processing unit of carrying out method versions and classification of recorded cardiovascular tone. Server device is connected with network of data transmission and contains: means of reception, means of accumulation, machine-readable carrier and processing unit.

EFFECT: application of claimed system of inventions will make it possible to improve quality of extracted signal parameters during passage of signal from coronary arteries.
