SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mapping patient data into medical instructions. The system comprises: a storage device for storing: a plurality of data items associated with a patient; an instruction graph comprising a plurality of action nodes and a plurality of decision nodes, for selecting a branch of the instruction graph; a link editor for linking the plurality of data items with one or more result items of the plurality of action nodes; a path determiner for determining a plurality of path segments based on the decision nodes and data items; a controller for activating the link editor before activating the path determiner such that the path determiner is provided with a terminated link of all of the plurality of data items with one or more result items of the action nodes; a predictor for predicting the next action node for continuing treatment of the patient based on the instruction graph and one of the plurality of path segments; and a display for displaying part of the one or more of the plurality of path segments and the next action node, wherein two of the path segments are connected.
EFFECT: high accuracy of patient diagnosis.
