FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises production of powder lacquer in the reactor, dispersion to spherical particles, dewatering and distillation of ethyl acetate from spherical powder, flushing, sorting and drying. Aqueous suspension of produced powder is fed from pressurized to top section of pulsation column with nozzles KRIMZ. Water is forced to the column bottom section at the flow rate of (5.0-7.5)·10-2 m/s. Flow pulsation results from the compressed air feed at pulsation frequency of 36-38 oscillations a minute. After separation of the fine fraction, the target fraction and coarse fractions are separated once mote at the flow rate of 8.0·10-2-1.0·10-1 m/s at the same pulsation frequency.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the powder, decreased polydispersity, higher density.
