FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical powders for small arms. Proposed method comprises production of powder in reactor, dispersing it to spherical particles, dewatering and ethyl acetate distillation from powder elements to be flushed, fractionated and dried. Note here that water-powder suspension with powder concentration of 25-30 wt % is fed by airlift or sector feeder from pressure vessel to flat swinging sieve arranged above water some 200-300 mm from water top mirror. Said sieve consists of the set of screens arranged at 3-10 degree-inclination to horizontal plane to make 40-60 oscillation a minute at reciprocation.
EFFECT: stable ballistic characteristics.
