FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering and specifically to apparatus for producing synthesis gas from hydrocarbon-containing material, and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, power and other related industries for processing hydrocarbon material to obtain synthesis gas which is used for power and processing purposes. In the high-temperature reactor with fine water spraying, the housing is provided with a water supply unit. The water supply unit comprises centrifugal atomisers arranged around the periphery and directed inside the housing. The water supply unit divides the inner cavity of the housing into upper and lower cavities. The lower cavity is linked to the cavity of the water supply unit. The upper cavity is provided with an additional annular collector.
EFFECT: high reliability of the reactor when producing a variable amount of synthesis gas and eliminating overhead on recycling heat and water which is fed for protecting reactor walls.
