FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to coal chemistry, petrochemistry and the field of secondary renewable energy sources associated with thermal processing of solid, gaseous and substandard liquid hydrocarbons, solid organic compounds into synthesis gas for the purpose of its further conversion into synthetic hydrocarbons. Gas generator of reverse process of gasification of combustible hydrocarbons comprises an internal housing with a loading hatch, a fuel bin, a gasification chamber with air supply tuyeres, external housing, inside of which the internal housing is installed with a gap to form a cavity for removal of synthesis gas, besides, the external housing is installed on the base on which the grate is located. Following gasification zones are formed in the gas generator: fuel pre-drying, dry distillation, combustion and reduction, wherein the atmospheric air and water mixture inlet branch pipe installed on the external housing is connected to a steel coil located between the housings in the direction of movement of the mixture, heated in the coil by the heat of the withdrawn synthesis gas to form an air-steam mixture, coil outlet is connected to the distribution manifold for supplying the air-steam mixture to the tuyeres located in the combustion zone of the gasification chamber, and in the reduction zone of the gasification chamber, a flameless combustion burner is installed, which provides maintaining the temperature in the reduction zone from 900 to 1,200 °C.
EFFECT: obtaining synthesis gas with percentage ratio of hydrogen H2 to carbon monoxide CO in range of 1.2–2 for the purpose of its further conversion into synthetic hydrocarbons.
