FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: initial charge components are mixed, sulphur-containing agent - mixture, containing elementary sulphur and thiourea in ratio from 72:28 to 81:19 wt % respectively, is introduced. Ratio of charge and sulphur-containing agent is from 55:45 to 52:48 wt %, respectively. After that, calcinations in one stage at temperature 1010-1150°C for 2.5-3 hours is carried out.

EFFECT: obtained luminofores, based on sulphides of alkali earth and rare earth metals, have increased brightness of luminescence and flash intensity, with simultaneous reduction of labour consumption and reduction of time for process realisation due to elimination of intermediate operations of grading, re-milling, additional mixing with sulphur-containing agent and thermal re-processing.
