SUBSTANCE: method envisages usage of a cooling medium represented by flake ice of electro-activated water with pH value equal to 5.2-5.5. The electro-activated water is obtained by way of tap water electrolysis in STEL-10N-120-01 installation, the current strength being 3.5-4.0 A.
EFFECT: cooled fish storage life increase.
