FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: strain of the micromycete Clonostachys candelabrum is offered which is characterised by antibacterial activity with reference to the tularemia activator Francisella tularensis 15/10. The micromycete strain is extracted from soil and deposited in the State collection of pathogenic microorganisms (SCPM-Obolensk) under the registration number F-1466. Filtrate water of cultural liquid of the micromycete strain Clonostachys candelabrum shows high activity with reference to Francisella tularensis 15/10 from the third day of cultivation. The maximum activity is achieved at the fourth day of cultivation. The diameter of the zone of suppression of growth of Francisella tularensis 15/10 at the fourth day is 45±5 mm.
EFFECT: increase of activity.
