FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: concrete mixing machine comprises a reservoir with helical channels on the inner surface, made in the form of internal and external drums coaxially installed with a gap, a loading unit, a device to supply tempering water. The internal drum is mounted from guide elements, made in the form of three rectangular strips with overlaps, bent in turns towards opposite sides at the angle 140° by cuts made at the angle 60° to each other and to longitudinal edges of strips, with formation of equilateral triangles along the length of the strip arranged alternately towards opposite sides. Strips are connected to each other along longitudinal edges at the angle 70° with formation of three broken helical grooves of main direction and one broken helical groove of opposite direction along the inner perimeter. Along the outer perimeter of three broken helical lines of main direction and one broken helical line of opposite direction, in points of rupture, there are areas of meeting sides of six equilateral triangles. Along the perimeter of the drum there are overlaps of rectangular shape, arranged in series with gaps one behind another along broken helical lines of the main direction. The external drum is made from three and more strips of trapezoidal shape with different dimensions by width, with their increase along the length of the external drum from loading to unloading, on which in turns from their opposite sides at the angle 60° there are areas of weakened section - cuts with tapered walls. Strips are twisted in longitudinal direction relative to their longitudinal axes and are bent in transverse direction along a helical line to form along the perimeter of the external drum three and more helical grooves and helical lines of the left and right directions with alternating increasing pitch of helical lines from loading to unloading.
