SUBSTANCE: device comprises a drum with helical surfaces, a loading and an unloading studs. The drum is mounted horizontally and is made of three or more bands of trapezoidal shape with different dimensions on width. The zones of reduced section are formed on the bands alternately with their opposite sides at an angle of 60° to the axis by milling or pressure treatment, in the form of notches with sloping walls to form around the perimeter of the drum of the annual polygonal surfaces of equilateral and isosceles triangles located alternately with each other with their sides. The bands are twisted in the longitudinal direction relative to their longitudinal axes and curved in the transverse direction along the helical line on the tapered mandrel to form along the perimeter of the drum of three or more helical grooves and helical lines of the main and opposite directions with a variable increasing pitch of the helical lines from loading to unloading. Along the entire length of the drum, as well as loading and unloading studs the spring of conical shape with a flat section of turns is mounted, which is equipped with a device for changing the pitch of turns by its stretching or compressing.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of mixing fodder components.
