FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a stationary two-channel communication device, having a central processing unit, an encryption unit, a communication unit, a cryptographic gateway, network adapter and electronic signature unit, a decision unit and an analysis unit. An on-board communication device, whose channel consists of a microcontroller, a memory unit and a galvanic decoupler, a socket connected via a CAN bus to a locomotive safety system. The on-board communication device is two-channel, each channel including a decryption unit, a transceiver, a socket, a galvanic decoupling unit, a microcontroller, a memory unit in the form of two independent modules. Microcontrollers of the channels are connected to each other through an inter-channel galvanic decoupling unit, the CAN bus is connected to an automatic train operation system, one of the microcontrollers of the on-board communication device and the central processing unit of the second channel of the stationary communication device are connected to each other by a communication link through radio channel modules. The system includes a server device, which includes a central processing unit, an input/output unit, a memory unit, an electronic signature unit, a network adapter unit connected to an external data unit and the network adapter of the stationary communication device.
