FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation and telemechanics. Device contains the stationary device, which channel consists of the central processor, input/output, memory, information input, decision making, analysis, and display units, and the onboard device, which channel consists of microcontroller, memory and galvanic isolation units, connector, CAN bus and the locomotive safety device. Wherein the stationary device includes the cryptographic protection module and is made two-channel; into each channel the encryption unit, the communication unit, the cryptographic gateway, and the information input unit are introduced. On-board device includes the cryptographic protection module and is made two-channel, into each channel a decryption unit, a transceiver, an automated maintenance system, made in the form of two independent modules memory unit, and the inter-channel galvanic isolation unit are introduced, one of the onboard device microcontrollers and one of the stationary device central processors are connected by the communication channel through the corresponding radio channel modules.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the radio communications reliability and protection.
