FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: mushrooms processing method involves mushrooms cleaning, cutting, cut mushrooms drying in two stages; the mushroom product is powdered after drying and granulated; the obtained granules are repeatedly dried. The mushrooms granulation device contains a cylindrical body with nipples for material delivery and discharging, a coaxial shaft positioned therein whereon a helical ribbon screw and pins radially positioned along a helical line are positioned; the pins are installed on the shaft in an alternating order with the ribbon screw coils.
EFFECT: mushroom granulation method and mushroom granulation device allow to produce a new product - granulated high quality mushrooms in efficient packages.
