FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises a cylindrical fixed body in the form of a glass with a cover with a mixing device with a stem and a drive installed inside it. The mixing device is made in the form of a piston with radial holes, and the stem is made as capable of reciprocal motion, rigidly fixed to the piston and is aligned with a sliding bearing installed in the cover, radial holes at the outlet are made as capable of closing with blade knives-activators, mounted on axes and installed between pairs of radial holes under the piston and/or above the piston.

EFFECT: increased reliability of mixing of compositions with fibre fillers, increased efficiency and quality of produced mixes.
