SUBSTANCE: mixer for liquid and viscous materials comprises a cylindrical stationary housing in the form of a cup placed inside the mixing device with the shaft and rotation drive, and a cover. The shaft capable of reciprocating and rotational movement is rigidly attached to the piston and centered by a sliding bearing mounted on the cover. The surface of the cup bottom is wavy and in the form of ribs coming from the center of beams, and the piston bottom surface copies the wavy surface of the cup bottom for matching and overlapping the relief of the piston and cup bottom surfaces to provide rubbing of liquid and viscous materials of mixture components.
