FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: unit additionally contains first and second stage separators, air and water coolers, and registering control device to measure and to monitor flowrate of the gaseous flows, first and second indicators to measure liquid level, indicating recorder to measure gas flowrate, wherein in feed line of gaseous flows the heater and catalytic reactor are installed sequentially, the reactor is made with possibility of the external heating or cooling by the heating medium, its output is connected with the installed in series first stage separator and first accumulating tank, the first stage separator output by gas is connected with the installed in series air cooler, water cooler, second stage separator, and second accumulating tank, the temperature monitoring devices are made in form of the indicators to measure temperature, they are installed at input of the catalytic reactor, in the catalytic reactor, in first and second stage separators, and at gas outputs of the air and water coolers, the pressure monitoring device is made in form of the registering control device to measure pressure, and is installed together with indicating recorder to measure gas flowrate in the exhaust gas pipeline from the second stage separator, the shutdown-control valves are made in form of the control valves. Wherein the registering control device to measure and to monitor flowrate of the gaseous flows by its output is connected by the first control valve installed in feed pipeline of gaseous flows to the heater, the first indicating control device to measure and to control liquid level by its output is connected with the second control valve installed in the pipeline between the first stage separator and the first accumulating tank, the second indicating control device to measure and to control liquid level by its output is connected with the third control valve installed in the pipeline between the second stage separator and the second accumulating tank, and output of the registering control device to measure pressure is connected with the forth control valve installed in the exhaust gas pipeline from the second stage separator.
EFFECT: unit ensures possibility to select the effective catalyst, searching of the optimal conditions of the syngas conversion to the synthetic liquid hydrocarbons, this improves the existing processes of the synthetic liquid hydrocarbons production, and new methods development.
