FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used to study chemical process of synthetic oil producing. Installation for analysis of process of producing synthetic oil, including reactor loaded catalyst, storage tank, temperature and pressure control means, stop and control valve, is characterised by that it additionally contains receiver, condenser-separator, recording indicator device for measuring flow rate of gaseous flows and exhaust gas, display device to measure fluid level, wherein feed line gaseous streams are successively recording display device for measuring flow rate of gaseous streams, receiver, catalytic reactor, its output connected to series installed condenser-separator and accumulating tank, wherein catalytic reactor is made with possibility of electric heating catalyst layer and has external water cooling system, consisting of in-series installed water refrigerator, steam condensate collector, pump and water heater, wherein temperature control means are composed of indicator of recording control device installed in water heater, first indicator of device for measuring temperature installed in catalytic reactor, second indicator for temperature measurement installed in water cooler, third indicator device for measuring temperature, installed in condenser-separator, fourth indicator device for measuring temperature, installed in storage container, pressure control means are made in form of first indicator pressure measurement device of water cooler, and second indicator pressure measurement device installed in condenser-separator, shutoff-control valves made in form of control valve installed on pipeline to feed gaseous flows and connected to recording display device for measuring flow rate of gas flows, first control valve installed between first indicator device for measuring pressure and water cooler, second control valve installed on return water supply pipeline in water cooler, third control valve installed on pipeline for withdrawal of exhaust gas from condenser-separator between condenser-separator and recording indicator exhaust gas flow rate measuring device, fourth control valve installed on return water supply pipeline to condenser-separator, fifth control valve installed on synthetic oil supply pipeline to consumer and connected with indicator device to measure fluid level.
EFFECT: plant provides for production of synthetic oil from synthesis gas and possibility to study process for determination of optimum parameters.
