FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for studying laws of chemical process flow for producing synthetic oil fractions. Installation for studying the process of producing synthetic oil fractions has recording indicator devices for measuring temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate of gaseous flows and waste gases, stop and control equipment and first and second supply lines of gas flows. First line is equipped in series with receiver, compressor, heater, first stage catalytic reactor, first gas-liquid separator output of which by liquid is connected to storage tank for collecting heavy synthetic oil fraction, and output by gas is connected to series air cooler, first water refrigerator-condenser and second gas-liquid separator output of which by liquid is connected with storage tank for collecting light synthetic oil fraction, and output by gas is connected to receiver input and input of the second stage catalytic reactor. Second line is equipped in series with second stage catalytic reactor which has external water cooling system, consisting of series second water refrigerator-condenser, steam condensate collector, dosing pump and water heater, condenser-separator and storage tank for collecting wide oil fraction.
EFFECT: invention ensures selection of efficient catalyst and search of optimal conditions for the process of producing synthetic oil fractions, which improves the process.
