FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: claimed packer comprises the frame, actuator, two rolls, at least one being a vibratory roll. Extra roll is articulated with said vibratory roll by means of the bell crank and pivot joint. Said vibratory roll is actuated to vibrate and to compact the soil. At compaction in the same oscillation half-period during which the vibratory roll shifts upward the force is transferred by the bell crank fitted on the pivot pin to said extra roll displacing downward to compact the soil.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of road construction materials packing.
