FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: for the construction and repair of a continuous welded rail onto an earth bed of the track they lay in series track panels. On the panels they replace rails for continuous rails. The track panels and continuous rails are laid from one track laying system within a single technological stage. The panel is laid with a grip under the base at the ends of sleepers. As the system moves along the laid track, ends of the sleepers are fixed by ballast. Inventory rails are removed from the sleepers, and continuous rails are laid in their place instantly. If necessary, the rails are heated on the system to the optimal fixation temperature.
EFFECT: increased safety and efficiency of a rail road.
