FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used at production of composite radial-flow impellers of turbomachines. For production of said impeller said injection mould comprises base plate, top ring, circular insert and inner central element. Said insert includes the inserts that reproduce aerodynamic guides of the finished impeller and shaped elements of erosion- and corrosion-proof material. Said elements are secured to the inserts outer surfaces. In impeller production, the first, second and third textile elements are produced. The first of them is arranged around the inserts and bonded thereto. Second textile element is jointed to the insert top wall and bottom wall of adjacent insert. Filler is fed into the injection mould and hardened therein.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance.
